While you're on a monthly plan, Elavate Webs holds the domain and the hosting account and you have full use of the site. That's what keeps the monthly cost low and means you never deal with renewals, certificates or hosting bills. If you'd rather own it outright, there's a buyout at any time and everything transfers to you.
After the six-month minimum you're month-to-month. Give 30 days' notice and you're done — no penalty, no arguing. At that point you either take the buyout and keep the site and domain, or it comes down. You'll get told which is which well before it happens.
A fifteen-minute call, then a look at the draft. If you have photos of your work, send them; if you don't, we'll work with what's there. You never touch a login, an editor or a dashboard unless you want to.
Sometimes not — if yours is fast, works on a phone and brings in calls, keep it. Send the link and you'll get an honest answer. Usually the problem isn't that the site is ugly, it's that it takes eight seconds to load and hides your phone number.
No. If you already have one we'll point it at the new site. If you don't, one gets registered as part of the build and the cost is inside the monthly fee.
